Ooty Trip

During this Onam vacation of 2011,I went to Ooty to Celebrate Onam along with my uncle, aunt, cousins Muneer and Mihraj.Dr.Mohammed Saji Sithara and Family left Chandiroor on 8 Sept at 5.30 AM, Picked me and muneer from Edapally on their New Maruti  Swift Dz ire.At 9 AM we had breakfast at Palakkad.Till Coimbatore, we were on NH47. Then we headed for Mettupalayam  Black Thunder,where we had a lot of fun in the water team park.We had our Lunch at Mettupalayam and left for Ooty at 2.30pm.We reached our resort at 6.PM,Sterling Fern Hill resort is a very beautiful and calm Place were we stayed for 2 days.On 9/9/11 We had our breakfast,and left for Botanical garden.Then we visited the Wax museum,where we saw wax statues Of Gandhiji,Nehruji,Mother Teresa,Manmohan singh,A.P.J.Abdul Kalam,Sivaji etc.We went to Doddabetta,the highest peak in Nelagiri hills,form where,we could see near by towns.We had our Onam Sadhya and went to the Boat house,were we went for Boating.This was a very wonderful Onam.
